Our Producers

We specialise in sourcing a variety of produce for our customers and as such we pride ourselves on communicating directly with the farmers and the processors. Our preference is to focus on the provenance of a product, which therefore has us building relationships and working direct with the producers and developing a greater understanding of where our product comes from. Knowing where a product is grown and how the product is raised gives us confidence that we are delivering to our customers the very best available product.

We ensure that all products are chemical free and not administered any growth hormones. Antibiotics may be given to an animal for their own health, but will be used sparingly. We work to ensure the products we supply are grown as naturally as possible and with strict animal welfare requirements.

We are proud to work with Australian farmers and processors, who’s care for animals and the environment are at the core of what they do. Because so much Australia’s livestock are raised on pasture and natural grasslands, care for the land is critical to our success around the globe. And that care extends from the paddock all the way to the plate, in how generations of family farmers seek to continuously lessen our impacts on the planet at every stage of the process.
