Because most of our items are perishable, we can only offer returns within 2 days of purchase and only if any major flaws or defects. All product is delivered with ample shelf life on the product and we have full confidence in the cold chain of our suppliers and ourselves, so any claims for damaged goods or similar must be clearly documented. Note – Vacuum packed product has a natural confinement odor when opening (particularly lamb) so any concerns with regards to smell does not mean the product is off. If worried about this, please take out of packing and rest for 2-3 hours and confinement odor will have gone.
